About The Position

Team Honey Badger, one of the largest Domino's franchises in the US, is seeking a District Manager/Supervisor for its operations in the Twin Cities Metro. The company operates over 100 Domino's in multiple states and plans to expand. This role involves overseeing five to seven restaurant units, leading management teams to drive sales and profitability, and developing unit management staff. The District Manager will ensure enforcement of business processes, financial controls, operation standards, policies, and procedures to provide a positive customer experience and work environment. The position offers a fast-paced, busy, and challenging setting that will allow you to exercise your experience and expand your abilities, supported by an excellent training program and tools for professional development.

Requirements

• College degree and 3+ years' experience as District Manager or Multi-unit operator in the restaurant industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong talent and performance-management skills
• Solid financial analysis skills
• Clean driving and criminal record

Responsibilities
