The EVERSANA/ Millicent Pharma District Manager is the first line leader responsible for leading the Specialty Pharmaceutical Representatives in the region. The District Manager reports to the VP of Sales. This key/critical field-based leadership role is responsible for hiring, directing, and managing the team - providing leadership to meet and exceed sales goals, establish positive regional culture, and coach/develop/inspire/motivate team members to reach their potential. The DM will execute our brand strategy while also demonstrating our corporate values and cultural beliefs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and agreed-upon Specialty targets. Maximize market segment, and team dynamics to drive both top-and bottom-line results. Coach, mentor, educate and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance individual selling skills and elevate overall team performance Effectively plan and conduct plan of action and other meetings with members of the District, Future Region, and Corporate Leadership Manages District budget and overall responsibility for P&L at District level in alignment with Corporate expectations Maintain required technical expertise in order to respond accurately to all questions regarding products, policies, and business-related issues from customers and representatives All other duties as assigned PEOPLE LEADER People leaders must possess both the skills to effectively accomplish these tasks and the emotional intelligence to do so in alignment with our cultural values. In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities: Responsible for and oversee their respective department. Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures. Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline and discharge and administer all other personnel actions. EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB: Travel (70-80%) Field Rep Rides should be 3 to 4 days per week. Each rep should be worked with at a minimum of quarterly. Field Contact Reports should be completed within 48 hours of encounter and sent to representative for signature. Should be returned and sent to HR within 72 hours of encounter. #LI-CG1
