About The Position

The District Business Manager (Immunology) role is responsible for strategically planning and executing sales activities within a designated region. This includes setting sales targets, managing regional resources, building and developing an efficient team, fostering strong relationships with clients and experts, and expanding new business opportunities. The role also requires establishing effective cross-departmental and cross-regional communication mechanisms and strictly adhering to the company's ethical conduct policies and market plans. Additionally, the manager must promptly report any adverse drug events related to company products and cooperate with pharmacovigilance (PV) as needed.

Requirements

  • More than five years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than two years of pharmaceutical sales management experience.
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Good medical understanding and market planning and implementation capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good expression and cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Undertake corresponding business travel tasks as required by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Reasonably formulate sales plans and track, correct, and improve them in a timely manner based on company targets and regional sales performance.
  • Analyze, manage, and allocate regional resources, and summarize them in a timely manner.
  • Build an efficient team, provide professional training to regional personnel, and develop personal development plans.
  • Maintain relationships with regional customers and experts, seize opportunities, and expand new business.
  • Establish cross-departmental and cross-regional communication mechanisms to ensure communication efficiency and quality within and outside the region.
  • Strictly comply with the company's ethical conduct (OEC) policy and effectively execute the company's marketing plans.
  • Timely report adverse drug events related to company products found in daily work, and cooperate with PV to collect necessary information if required.
