About The Position

The District Manager at Burger King is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations within a designated district. This role focuses on building productive customer relations, increasing sales, and ensuring that each branch operates smoothly while adhering to company policies and guidelines. The District Manager will also cultivate a strong team of branch managers and implement innovative strategies to maintain competitiveness in the fast-paced quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of restaurant operations, multi-unit QSR/Fast Casual management experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

  • Act as a liaison between headquarters and branch locations through regular visits and interactions with management.
  • Oversee operational practices to ensure each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates.
  • Coordinate with senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Ensure that each branch delivers value and excellence to clients.
  • Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed branch managers to maintain profit margins and implement business plans.
  • Ensure all projects are executed profitably and comply with standardized business practices.
  • Apply innovative approaches to stay updated with competition.
