About The Position
The District Manager is responsible for managing everything within the four walls for all Planet Fitness locations in a defined district. This role includes overseeing between 4-8 locations, with direct reports being Club Managers. The District Manager ensures operational consistency, outstanding customer experience, and adherence to brand standards across all clubs. They will also be involved in hiring, coaching, and developing staff, as well as managing communication and operations within the district.
