About The Position
The District Manager is responsible for managing everything within the four walls for all Planet Fitness locations in a defined district. This role includes overseeing between 4-8 locations, with direct reports being Club Managers. The District Manager ensures operational consistency, outstanding customer experience, and adherence to brand standards across all clubs. They are also responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing Club Managers, performing inspections, managing communication within the district, and addressing customer complaints.
