About The Position
The position supports delivering the sales plan through selling effectiveness and by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals. The role involves executing the selling model consistently, building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and e-mail. Additionally, the position supports replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant, assists with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed. Operational excellence is also a key focus, requiring adherence to policies and procedures, as well as loss prevention and safety messages in daily operations.
