Requirements

• Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment, with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting
• A passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and Team Members, with a focus on team building among managers and developing customized career paths
• Strong knowledge of business acumen—understanding of various business scenarios, and ability to adapt effectively during change, and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals
• Accountable for delivering financial performance in the district through effective P&L management, delivering the best guest experience, and driving a culture of coaching, engagement and teamwork
• Willingness to travel to provide a continued presence in stores
