Requirements

• Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment.
• Knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of business acumen.
• Ability to adapt effectively during change.
• Accountable for delivering financial performance through effective P&L management.
• Willingness to travel to provide a continued presence in stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-15 locations in an assigned area.
• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives.
• Drive sales and ensure financial performance in the district.
• Deliver the best guest experience.
• Foster a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork.
• Train, coach, and engage Store Managers and Team Members.
• Adapt effectively during change and provide valuable insights.
