About The Position
The District Manager for the Palm Beach Area at Burger King is responsible for overseeing five to six restaurants, managing an average Profit & Loss (P&L) of nine million dollars, and achieving an EBITDA of approximately one million dollars. This role involves making key people-related decisions, managing cash flow, inventory, labor scheduling, and ensuring operational excellence across the restaurants. The District Manager will also be responsible for onboarding new employees and developing training plans for management teams.
