Requirements

• Proven experience in building materials or construction supply distribution.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• P&L management experience.
• Deep understanding of sales, operations, and customer service excellence.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to drive growth in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations and lead teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Oversee territory management and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive growth in competitive markets through strategic initiatives.
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage P&L and ensure financial targets are met.
