Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably within a multi-site organization
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and apply multi-departmental knowledge to drive results
  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to travel frequently based on acquisition and de novo activity (expected 30% monthly, may vary)
  • For acquisitions within an existing District Manager’s region, support short-term transition (typically 90 days) before handoff
  • For acquisitions or de novos in new markets, maintain oversight for an extended period until operations are stabilized
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional presence with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams through acquisitions and de novo environments
  • Strong accountability with a focus on follow-through and results
  • Flexibility and adaptability across changing schedules, priorities, and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across assigned clinics, ensuring alignment with company standards, goals, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive performance across key KPIs, including revenue trends, expenses, and budget alignment
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and support growth
  • Ensure consistent execution of workflows and SOPs across all sites
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment to budget and targets
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality of care and patient experience
  • Directly manage and develop Practice Managers and clinic leadership, driving accountability and performance
  • Provide administrative oversight of nursing teams, including non-clinical performance management, timecard oversight, and staffing coordination
  • Oversee vascular tech staffing strategy and coverage planning in collaboration with the Regional Vascular Director
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistency, identify opportunities, and support teams in real time
  • Partner with leadership and recruiting to support hiring, onboarding, and team development
  • Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with the Director of Operations (DOO) and Director of Integrations (DOI) to support operational execution, stabilization efforts, and transition planning
  • Drive clinics to operational stability within a defined timeframe (typically 90 days) following handoff from the Director of Integrations
  • Establish workflows, training, and performance expectations aligned with CVR standards
  • Build strong local leadership and ensure readiness for long-term ownership
  • Monitor performance during the transition period and address gaps proactively
  • Transition stabilized clinics to the appropriate District Manager with clear communication and continuity
