Responsibilities

• Educate, inform, and inspire customers about current merchandise and store promotions.
• Utilize brand selling behaviors to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise efficiently and answer questions accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty programs to customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Support various store processes including sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house as needed.
• Respond courteously to internal and external requests and provide support as required.
