About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven supervisory skills.
  • Ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to use relevant software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the store's hiring strategy, including planning needs and recruitment strategy.
  • Develop Store Managers in recruiting and training skills to strengthen market results.
  • Coordinate onboarding training programs for new team members.
  • Create a fun and productive environment for team members.
  • Hold Store Managers accountable for managing and developing their store team.
  • Address employee concerns and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Drive team engagement through impactful store visits and performance management.
  • Provide consistent appraisal of store performance and feedback on strengths and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Complete the DMIT Training Program to enhance core skills.
