About The Position
CubeSmart is currently seeking a District Manager in Training. While running the daily operations of one of our facilities, the District Manager in Training will simultaneously participate in an intensive six to twelve-month training program to acquire operational and managerial knowledge, learn what it takes to have outstanding store performance, and gain exposure to every aspect of CubeSmart's business. Upon successful completion of the program, the District Manager in Training will be provided with the opportunity to become a District Manager.
