About The Position

The District Manager in Training position is responsible for maintaining and operating a company-owned retail group of facilities in a safe, customer focused, and profitable manner. Support the Store Managers in daily operations, managing employees, and the store. This includes supervision and training of employees as well as managing sales and expenses to optimize results. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a positive, team-oriented, management style. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in retail sales required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
  • Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the stores in-regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, customer relations.
  • Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits, to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
