Accountable for all phases of district sales and operations. Responsible for conducting store visits focused on people, customer service, visual merchandising, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention and store sales. Ensures all Company standards and best practices are executed with excellence in all assigned locations. Provides leadership and guidance to stores in to ensure district sales and profit goals are achieved while meeting customer service goals. This position will cover stores in Houston, TX (South area).
