Our Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations - they understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to run a great operation. Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing)
• Passion for team development and leading through others
• Laser-like focus on the guest experience
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple restaurant locations
• Foster strong partnerships with restaurant managers
• Ensure a food safety first culture
• Train and validate employees on key operational elements
• Assist team members when needed
