About The Position

The District Manager (DM) for Five Guys in the Buffalo, NY area is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurants within the assigned district. Requirements

• 2-3 years experience as a District Manager or multi-unit General Manager in a fast casual or fast food restaurant.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for the duration of the shift.
• Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment.
• Tolerance to temperature fluctuations and working with hazardous substances.
• Read, write, speak, and understand basic English.
• Communicate clearly and lead a team effectively.
• Use a basic computer system (e.g., cash register).
• Possess finger dexterity and good vision capabilities.
