About The Position

Sodexo Live! has an exciting opportunity for a District Manager – Airline Lounges. Do you have a hospitality background with providing the “white glove” service every day to your end customer? We are seeking an executive to have the dynamic style of providing our customers a quality experience. You will support and direct the food service operations for large, multisite clients ensuring successful operations and strong client relationships. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Requirements

  • Strong employee engagement leadership skills.
  • Supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Prior fiscal accountability experience, including budget forecasting.
  • Proven ability to control food and labor cost.
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills (including the ability to successfully hire and train exceptional staff).
  • Ability to successfully foster strong client and customer relationships.
  • A strong background in safety and sanitation compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience – 7 yearsMinimum Functional Experience – 7 years

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple airline club / lounge locations inside airports
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships promoting the Clients for Life philosophy.
  • Work proactively with clients and Sodexo VP in all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • Lead and inspire teams to continually improve Sodexo's performance for our clients and customers.
  • Analyze and forecast financial results making decisions based on data and needs.
  • Develop and innovate to promote improved performance within units.
  • Manage vendor contracts and oversee performance.
  • Build and maintain strong teams through recruitment and retention.
  • Support all Facilities Management programs, activities, and platforms
