Requirements

• Strong team development skills, client relationship skills
• Proven successful financial management experience
• Coordinate and direct subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline employees
• Lead the team's performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development
• Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload
• Experience working with clients and VP in areas relating to contract and account operations
