About The Position

District Maintenance Worker. The Paragould School District is seeking a qualified maintenance worker to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems across public school facilities. This position is responsible for diagnosing issues, completing preventative maintenance, and ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and district policies. The ideal candidate will respond promptly to service requests, maintain accurate maintenance records, and help ensure a comfortable learning environment for students and staff. Experience with HVAC systems and a strong commitment to safety and reliability are essential. Arkansas HVAC License Preferred. 242-day contract. 8 hours per day. Salary as listed on the district website. Background check and child maltreatment check required by law. Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required.
