Penske is launching a new position, District Human Resources Manager, to support district field teams and collaborate with leadership on human capital strategy. This role seeks dedicated individuals with HR functional experience, such as managing associate performance, leading difficult discussions, developing associates, and anticipating evolving business needs. Internal candidates with relevant field operations experience and demonstrated success at Penske for at least 3 years are also encouraged to apply. The District Human Resources Manager is a key member of the Human Resources and Field Operations teams, reporting directly to the District Manager and with a dotted line to the Area Human Resources Manager. This position is an important member of the District Leadership team, supporting a district of 9 locations across a geography including Little Rock, Lowell, Fort Smith, Hot Springs, and Springfield, MO. The role involves collaborating with the District Leadership team to foster an engaged culture, tailoring Regional human capital plans to meet customer needs, and implementing HR practices and processes that align with organizational initiatives, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.
