About The Position

As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner with leaders in the planning process to ensure that strategic plans drive business results, optimize customer service, and align with company values. You will contribute to the development of people strategies that support business objectives and help to drive organizational performance. Your role will involve supporting and influencing key operational and strategic decisions while understanding the general business conditions affecting your industry and staying current on HR research and trends. You will identify development solutions and provide consulting to leaders on how to effectively accelerate the development of associates through various methods such as exposure events and coaching. Promoting high performance through coaching and regular feedback will be essential, as will providing guidance on leading people and organizational management practices. You will also engage with site leadership to promote a customer service culture and provide input to HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) regarding functional strategies and practices. Your responsibilities will include leveraging human capital expertise to sustain engagement action plans, using organizational diagnostics to identify talent challenges, and promoting the adoption of company programs. Additionally, you will participate in the interview and selection process for site leaders, lead talent assessment discussions, and coach leaders on change management strategies. You will develop and implement plans for change initiatives, align communication plans with company strategy, and support community outreach efforts. Finally, you will assist with all aspects of HR during new site openings, closings, or relocations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience demonstrating increasing responsibility.
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing or supervising others.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in multiple locations.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a cross-functional team.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or facilitating training.
