The DGM will ensure operational excellence and continuous business growth by leading a team, establishing and maintaining strategic sales plans, prioritization, and project management. This role involves visiting offices to ensure policies and procedures are executed to increase revenue, control expenses, and promote client satisfaction through a consistent and positive experience. The DGM will not be responsible for doing taxes, but rather for growing the business, developing people, and managing multiple offices.
