OVERVIEW: The District Coordinator is responsible for assisting the District President and the Operations team in rolling out new field enhancements, helping to develop SOPs for store and service processes, assisting customers to resolve problems, and assisting in training initiatives. The District Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the General Manager, Service Team, and Customers. This includes working with the customers (internal or external) to gather necessary information to provide support or direction and ensure completion of all work on boats, and following through to make sure the work is completed correctly the first time in a timely manner.
