About The Position

Job Summary: The District Coordinator supports sales teams, customers, vendors, and district staff by managing daily operations and coordinating key district activities across both launch‑focused and administrative work. The role oversees new and changing customer needs, including project plans, launch activities, and related account or credit requests. It also handles core administrative functions while supporting district events and visitor coordination. This role follows a hybrid schedule, working three days per week in the office, with Monday and Tuesday as required on‑site days. The standard shift is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST with a one‑hour lunch. Location: Compton, CA

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience with exposure to operations or cross‑functional work.
  • Demonstrated project coordination experience.
  • Ability to lead calls with internal teams and customers, following a structured agenda.
  • Excel intermediate proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • High school Diploma or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting sales, operations, or district leadership is an asset.
  • Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, warehouse, sales or distribution, would be a great asset, not required

Responsibilities

  • District Operations & Reporting Collect and consolidate sales and operations reports for District Director review. Compile key metrics into a district dashboard. Schedule appointments, meetings, and district activities. Support district events, visitor coordination, Employee Resource Group support, wellness initiatives, and committee needs. Assist with ad hoc projects while maintaining daily workflow and providing general district support.
  • Contract, Account, and Launch Support Manage district contract renewals in partnership with U.S. Contracts, Account Executives, and the District Director. Send and track customer documents through DocuSign and mail. Process account requests, renewals, and credit intake for existing customers.
  • Administrative, Facilities, and Vendor Support Manage Ariba tasks, payment status updates, vendor payments, and invoicing. Oversee licenses, vendor contract renewals, and business or lease items such as scales, HVAC, cleaning, and trash services. Address day‑to-day maintenance needs including internet outages, electrical issues, copier service, and facility coordination. Order and manage office and warehouse supplies; maintain faxes, printers, and photocopiers. Serve as the District Event Coordinator.
  • Sales and Cross‑Functional Support Assist sales teams with presentations, project tasks, and district‑level coordination needs. Provide structured support across departments to ensure smooth execution of district initiatives and customer-related activities.
