Requirements

  • One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of career counseling through the utilization of computerized assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive student support services to an academic/workforce/CE unit at a district campus.
  • Supervise, direct, and evaluate the work of student-facing staff in assigned areas.
  • Assist in the resolution of complaints and concerns of students.
  • Educate students and parents about Student and Enrollment Services processes.
  • Provide college and career counseling and guidance, and appropriate referrals to resources.
  • Collaborate with Career Center Managers and Program Coaches to establish recruiting relationships with local employers.
  • Participate in vision and strategic planning, and goal setting of the college.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA.

Benefits

  • Salary range from $51,710.00 to $62,052.00 based on experience.
