About The Position

The role is responsible for overseeing aesthetician providers to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality client care in accordance with Medical Treatment Protocols. This includes auditing the client experience, managing staff onboarding and training, partnering with CMs and DM to create training plans, and implementing ongoing development programs to maintain operational excellence. The position collaborates closely with the district manager to plan strategic initiatives that drive business performance while upholding clinical and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in Skin Care, Aesthetics, and Injections.
  • Proven experience in training Treatment Providers specifically on aesthetic treatments.
  • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Reliable commuting to all clinic locations and consistent travel between assigned clinics with minimal notice is required. This includes travel to Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX and potentially other locations as needed (other locations may be added to the district in the future).
  • Able to work within all clinic operating hours (subject to change) including mall holiday extended hours.
  • This role will work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Will typically work 4, 10-hours shifts per week but may need to flex to 5, 8-hour shifts as needed.
  • Completely open availability, including Saturday and Sunday.
  • This role involves long periods of sitting and standing. Individuals must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. in inventory and other clinic assets. Must be able to commute safely between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

  • Upholding Medical Standards
  • Perform regular safety audits to identify and address potential risks.
  • Conduct medical consultations for appropriate interventions, including client medical concerns.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and charting.
  • Address safety concerns proactively to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Travel as needed to support training and clinical oversight across locations within and outside the district.
  • Training and Clinical Oversight
  • Partner with Clinic Mangers to create provider onboarding training plans.
  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, and corrective guidance to ensure proper use of medical equipment and tools.
  • Evaluates provider performance throughout onboarding and makes final pass/fail determinations.
  • Conduct onboarding training for staff within the district, partnering with Training Specialist and District Manager.
  • Enforce sanitation protocols and ensure adherence to all patient and client safety guidelines.
  • Monitor staff performance for compliance with treatment protocols and procedures.
  • Identify non-compliant staff requiring performance management and partner with People Business Partner, District Manager, and Clinic Manager to create performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure proper handling, disposal, and management of sharps.
  • Confirm that clinicians review allergy information, medical histories, and contraindications prior to treatment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of treatments, safety concerns, and incident reporting.
  • Identify, report, and address equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
  • Prevent unauthorized procedures and ensure scope-of-practice compliance.
  • Oversee and reinforce proper pre- and post-treatment client care and instructions.
