About The Position

The District Chef oversees culinary operations across multiple corporate dining accounts. This role supports and mentors chefs, ensures food safety and quality, and drives innovation and consistency across all locations.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Serve Safe Certified
  • 5+ years of culinary management experience
  • 2+ years of multi-site culinary leadership
  • High-volume production and catering experience
  • Strong cost control and budgeting skills
  • Passion for growth and excellence in foodservice

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple dining accounts
  • Train and mentor chefs to elevate culinary performance
  • Drive innovation and lead menu development
  • Guide cost control and inventory management
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
  • Improve customer experience through strategic initiatives
  • Deliver training to maintain high food quality standards
