About The Position

The position involves partnering with the District Manager and store leadership to drive the execution of store operating systems, policies, procedures, and processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years' experience in retail or professional environment in Loss Prevention.
  • 5 years of multi-store big-box retail experience.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and using varied sources of data to understand complex problems.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • 10 years of multi-store retail experience.
  • Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing business documents (P&L, exception reports, etc.).
  • Experience conducting quality reviews/audits.
  • Experience in using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.).
  • LPC/LPQ qualification.
  • Certified Training Program (Wicklander-Zulawski or Reed training).

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies and action plans to improve customer experience while controlling expenses and maximizing margins.
  • Teach and train store operations managers on all aspects of their role.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage, hire, and develop a diverse team of asset protection professionals.
  • Train, assist, and manage investigations, conducting interviews and post prosecution.
  • Identify and provide action steps to address theft and organized retail crime concerns.
  • Lead teams during emergency response situations and crisis management.
  • Drive development of tactical plans aligned with asset protection and safety strategies.
  • Manage multiple financial accounts for key controllable expenses.
  • Evaluate store operations for compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform store visits and reviews to improve performance and efficiencies.
  • Drive operational programs and system enhancements.
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to team members and store leaders.
  • Train store personnel on reporting procedures and evaluate compliance.
  • Analyze safety reporting to identify trends and implement plans.
  • Analyze data to identify shrink-related issues and work with teams to address them.
  • Review and validate critical operational processes impacting stock and accuracy.
  • Coach and develop associates around processes impacting customer experience.
  • Deliver consistent reporting and support stores in financial performance improvement.
  • Identify areas for improvement and ensure accountability for execution.
