About The Position

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for an Industrial Services Administrator to join their safety conscious team in Deer Park TX ! The Industrial Services Administrator will be responsible to provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient area operations, including responsibility for general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work. Track program progress, measuring outcomes using KPI's, assessing performance, and implementing improvements. Act as primary point of contact with internal teams, clients, external partners, and other stakeholders; facilitate engagement and resolve issues proactively. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and present program updates to senior leadership as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Data entry experience a MUST; Enthusiastic personality; Exceptional communication skills; Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word).
