About The Position

ACE Coordinator School Year 2025-2026 Start Date: Immediately End Date: June 26, 2026 Location: Pewitt Elementary School Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor Degree Preferred Principal Certification a plus Course work in child development or related area preferred Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent organizational skills Proficient computer skills Balance working in a team environment with being self-directed and solitary Ability to work in a fast pace environment with diverse groups of people during afterschool program hours until all students have been reported by bus drivers as to being delivered home Experience: Three to five years of related experience desired Working with high risk children and their families Supervising Knowledge of community resources Major Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate the Texas ACE Program implementation under the direction of the Texas ACE Project Director Work with classroom teachers and campus personnel to coordinate academic services for each student served Meet regularly with the Texas ACE Project Director to address program progress, issues, and future need/direction Maintain working knowledge of all Texas ACE Program requirements Monitor program activities to ensure high quality services are provided to enrolled students Attend all required Texas ACE trainings, webinars, conference calls, and meetings Coordinate recruitment and enrollment of student participants and afterschool staff Accurate record keeping of attendance and required data as needed

Requirements
