Requirements

• Extensive beer/wine/spirits commercial experience or similar CPG selling experience.
• Proven supervisory skills in wholesaler management and retail sales.
• Thorough understanding of wholesaler operations and chain customers.
• Well-developed financial savvy with previous ownership of pricing and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Distributor Operations and insight with both On and Off Trade.
• Experience managing across multiple functions.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills across multiple levels of internal and external management.
