About The Position

The Distribution Worker is an entry-level position that performs the role of order-pulling in order to fulfill daily production quotas. In addition, the Distribution worker will be called upon at various times to perform hand-labor on projects such as print collation, kit assembly and any other duties that may be required. This position requires standing, sitting, moving and lifting for an 8-hour shift. Some overtime may be required occasionally. This is on site role, and the pay range is between $30k -$35k.

Requirements

High level of attention to detail
Ability to stand and move and lift for prolonged periods of time
Knowledge of cost and non-cost items
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Pull cost or non-cost orders efficiently and satisfy daily production quotas
Ensure that all orders are pulled with accuracy and timeliness
Inform the Lead of any issues that arise in daily production
Prepare and replenish their daily box usage
Sweep and maintain standards of cleanliness in pulling area
Perform special project duties including hand-labor for collation and kit assembly
Assist in packing boxes if required
Perform any other duties in Distribution or Printing as required
