  • Leading a maintenance tech supervisor, who leads team of maintenance techs and senior techs
  • Managing performance and developing talent
  • Ensuring that assignments are accomplished on time, within agreed upon budget, and with a high degree of satisfaction to ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment
  • Providing support to all areas of the distribution center, prioritizing tasks and maintenance efficiently
  • Performing preventative maintenance checks on all equipment and repairing parts as needed
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot machine issues and have a working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing and overall facilities maintenance
  • Communicating to senior managers
  • Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull carry and lift up to 50-75 lbs.
  • Operating and repairing powered industrial equipment and machinery
  • Working at various heights (catwalk, ladders, roof, racking)
  • Comfortable standing and or walking for up to 12 hours
  • Working in various temperatures
