About The Position

Join a leading supplier of fire protection products and keep critical materials moving. As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, you’ll blend equipment operation, order fulfillment, and careful packing to ensure our customers receive exactly what they need—when they need it. A Day in the Life You begin with a safety mindset—conducting and documenting your daily lift equipment inspection before you hop on the forklift. The morning may include unloading pipe and assorted materials from flatbed or box trailers, staging inventory, and verifying counts. Midday, you’re picking orders by RF scanner or paper pick ticket—matching bin locations, part numbers, and descriptions with precision, and confirming details within the JDE system for shipping and receiving inquiries. In the afternoon, you review picked items during packing, secure pipe bundles with a pneumatic bander when needed, and shrink-wrap crates and boxes. You’ll generate shipping through the Varsity system, then load outbound orders with care. Throughout the day, you’ll support will-call customers, maintain professionalism with teammates and visitors, and follow SOPs and company policies using the appropriate PPE.
