About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Technician to join our client's team. This role involves order fulfillment, quality control, inventory management, and maintaining strict compliance with industry standards. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing preferred
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic math and inventory experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and process-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Comfortable in cold environments (33°–60°F) for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Must be able to commit to the Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM schedule
• Due to industry requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older
• Applicants must provide valid documentation verifying their authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Create and apply accurate product labels and stickers
• Fulfill orders with a high level of accuracy
• QC and pack orders to maintain product integrity and space efficiency
• Read, understand, and follow invoices and SOPs
• Maintain inventory records of products, materials, and equipment
• Record all distribution details and audit paperwork for accuracy
• Store supplies properly, dispose of waste, and keep work area clean
• Carry and transfer heavy materials and supplies
• Uphold DCC guidelines and regulatory compliance
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development
