About The Position

Your role: Process inbound customer packages and kits by disassembling, removing used materials, and routing items to the next operation. Transport packages to and from delivery trucks and manage material flow within operations. Clean, sort, prepare, and build kits and materials for reuse, including consumables and device components. Prepare and test devices by cleaning, charging, purging data, scanning, upgrading software, and validating functionality using computer-assisted testing. Perform accurate inventory transactions and segregate nonfunctional devices for further evaluation or repair. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AZ is $14.96 to $23.94, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, with 2+ years of experience in product testing, distribution, inspection, and/or inventory control.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while following detailed work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and sensitivity to patient data and confidentiality.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Phoenix, AZ.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic medical devices, testing equipment, simulators, and order fulfillment is a plus
