Distribution Technician (Driver)
About The Position

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Technician to join our team and ensure cannabis products get where they need to go-safely, securely, and on time. As a Distribution Technician, you'll play a key role in our supply chain by keeping inventory moving smoothly and compliantly between facilities and retail outlets. From loading and transporting orders to maintaining accurate records, you'll help us set the standard for reliable, compliant cannabis distribution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Comfortable working in warehouse and vehicle settings, with frequent loading and unloading
- Must meet state cannabis employment requirements.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Skilled at communication and customer service
- Comfortable working independently on the road and in warehouse environments
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in distribution, delivery, logistics, or inventory preferred
- Familiar with distribution, logistics, or cannabis operations (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and package orders for distribution with precision and care
- Load, unload, and transport products to dispensaries using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate manifests, logs, and records to ensure compliance at every step
- Assist with inventory counts, organization, and reconciliation of stock levels
- Inspect cannabis products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide professional, friendly service to retail partners during deliveries
