The position involves accurately inspecting, separating, slotting, and packaging all label and print products. The individual will ensure that all quality control standards are maintained and will utilize an ERP system to log time and materials accurately. Responsibilities also include ensuring that all shipments are completed and sent to the correct person or place as directed by the daily job schedule or as instructed by the Lead, Supervisor, job ticket, or customer special instructions. The role requires communication of any problems or quality issues due to printing, laminating, or shipping errors to the appropriate individuals. Additionally, the individual must double-check all shipments leaving the production facility for errors before they arrive at the customer. There may be communication with courier companies and drivers regarding delays in shipping, special courier deliveries, and other issues affecting customer deliveries. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area is essential, along with using required PPE and following all safety rules and procedures. The position may require overtime or working on another shift as needed, and regular attendance is an essential function of this role. Compliance with applicable company policies concerning maintaining a drug-free workplace and all safety policies and procedures is required.
