Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of forklift or similar equipment experience (or ability to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy
• Ensure proper placement and organization of products within the warehouse
• Assist will-call customers and support Inside Sales with order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform routine equipment and forklift safety inspections
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Report any safety concerns, accidents, or near misses immediately
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed
