About The Position

E.A. Sween is hiring a Distribution Supervisor to lead our night delivery operation in Lewisville. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive results, support driver performance, uphold safety and compliance standards, and help build a strong team culture. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day delivery operations, lead drivers and leads, support route performance, and help ensure products are delivered safely, on time, and efficiently. You will also reinforce company expectations around safety, customer service, compliance, and accountability while helping develop and coach team members for success. The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for supporting compliance with DOT, HACCP, FSMA, and internal audit standards. This role also helps monitor service quality, address issues quickly, and maintain a safety-first culture throughout the operation. Success in this position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Previous driving and customer service experience required
  • Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in delivery, warehouse, or transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam, background check, drug screen, and obtain a DOT Medical Card
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
  • Push/pull up to 300 lbs using a dolly or drag hook
  • Frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions during route support or supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in distribution, warehousing, or transportation operations
  • Experience leading delivery drivers or route teams
  • Strong background in compliance, safety, and service execution
