About The Position

Lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams to consistently achieve and exceed established operational, quality, and productivity goals Analyze, review, and report departmental performance metrics to drive data-based decision making and continuous improvement Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service levels Ensure high levels of quality accuracy for all outbound orders, maintaining compliance with regulatory and customer requirements Apply Labor Management Models to effectively plan, allocate, and optimize workforce utilization while controlling labor costs Monitor material usage and implement strategies to drive material cost savings and inventory efficiency Participate in the development, execution, and sustainment of operational projects, including process enhancements, system improvements, and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in an operational or distribution environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of distribution experience
  • 8 years of medical device distribution experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 5%, as required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher level of education
  • Experience working with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Experience with SAP enterprise systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and communication
