Requirements

Forklift certification
Previous responsible for supervising and directing others
Experience with Process Improvement tools LEAN and 5S and Kaizens
Experience with TMS and ERP programs

Responsibilities

Safety is Priority 1- Ensure the Distribution Safety is always working in accordance with Furlani and OSHA standards. Awhile always equipment, racking systems, shipping/receiving doors, dock plates and yard are free from hazards
Execute on the weekly workflow to balance labor between shifts and plants
Ensure all department equipment (warehouse technology including RF, packing systems, shipping systems, and forklifts etc) are functioning, as required
Developing and communicating KPI's/metrics for all Distribution Team members, which will help measure employee productivity and effectiveness
