About The Position

The position involves providing customer service, maintaining product availability, and supervising distribution personnel to effectively and efficiently distribute parts to the assigned division dealer network. The role requires responding to dealer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and compatibility, as well as resolving shipping issues and tracking shipments. Additionally, the position includes monitoring inventory levels, allocating products to dealers, and supervising Distribution Department employees.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 years related experience.
• Experience in the agricultural equipment industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to remain diplomatic in argumentative situations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills including the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to dealers by responding to inquiries regarding product availability, dealer order status, product applications, and compatibility.
• Resolve shipping issues/problems and track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assist Sales and other department personnel in locating equipment and kits, answering questions regarding product availability and price, and resolving problems with invoices and equipment.
• Allocate products to dealers as assigned by Regional Sales Managers.
• Monitor and control inventory levels within assigned division through accurate processing of shipments, physical inventory, and adjustments as required.
• Provide supervision to assigned Distribution Department employees, including distributing and reviewing work, training, and coaching.
• May perform duties of Distribution Manager in his/her absence.
• Attend National Dealer Meeting to supervise order writing team as part of special projects.
