About The Position
As a Distribution Supervisor at Swire Coca-Cola, you will play a crucial role in the efficient distribution of our iconic beverage brands. This position serves as a vital link between the Distribution and Sales Teams, ensuring that our products reach customers in a timely and effective manner. You will be responsible for managing a team of drivers within your assigned territory, overseeing their delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with delivery standards and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining strong customer relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to staff, train, evaluate, and develop your team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles. You will also be tasked with resolving customer issues and managing the timekeeping of your team members. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. The Distribution Supervisor will work a swing shift, starting at 2 PM, Monday through Friday, and will be compensated with a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
