About The Position

Overview CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises, or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit in the Unites States. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States. Position Summary The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that Electrolit products are delivered efficiently and effectively to customers and designated locations. The successful Distribution Specialist will have extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics and distribution principles, including inventory management, transportation, and route coordination. Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and tools, such as forecasting, capacity planning, warehouse management, and route optimization, as well as knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to freight transportation. Location: Houston TX

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus and sense of urgency toward task completion
Minimum three years of experience in distribution, logistics or equivalent required
Relevant Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, PPT, Teams)
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Must be fluent in English, Spanish strongly preferred
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time

Nice To Haves

Beverage or CPG industry experience preferred
Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system strongly preferred
Working knowledge of EDI process preferred

Responsibilities

Request order delivery with 3PL
Communicate shipment details to 3PL and track carrier delivery performance
Responsible for maintaining all the SOs with the actual delivery dates (ensuring that the system is updated with real time information)
Organize the reception and delivery of goods to customers or points of sale
Process and audit 3PL and Logistics invoices and documents
Make sure the orders are delivered as requested by keeping track of it
Optimize transportation partnership / costs
Control the most cost-effective distribution of products and/or marketing supplies (good for events)
Ensure that 3PL load goods correctly onto vehicles to make the most efficient use of transportation and meet delivery deadlines for goods
Perform other duties as assigned
