Distribution Specialist I – III Starting wage at $18.75 Pay-period bonuses based on Team Performance

Our warehouse associates take ownership for all aspects of picking orders and shipping products to consumers as well as receiving/stocking inbound products onto shelves, performing cycle counts and other work while working closely with your teammates to ensure extraordinary service. Established pathway for promotions as you build your career with World Pantry. We operate 6 days a week, Sunday – Friday. Teammates are normally assigned to either a Sunday – Thursday or Monday – Friday workweek of 40 hours with various schedules between the hours of 8:00AM and 7:00PM Location: 8250 NE Underground Dr, Pillar 132 C, Kansas City, MO 64161 – across from the Ameristar Casino Compensation & Benefits: Total target compensation could be $40,000 or more including overtime and potential bonuses Distribution Specialist I, starting pay is - $18.75 / hour Distribution Specialist II - $19.00– expectation is promotion to this level within 60-days Distribution Specialist III - $19.75 Possible consideration for further promotion to Specialist IV, Generalist I or II with higher compensation On the first day you start earning your Personal Time Off (PTO) at 6% of actual hours worked This equates to 120 hours per year at full-time hours 3 Paid Holidays – Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day Medical – we have several plans that are subsidized by the company for you to choose from Dental and Vision insurance Short-term disability is paid by the company Long-term disability and life insurance is also available 401k with company matching after 1 year 40% discount on all the food and snacks we sell!
Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
- Order picking
- Packing orders for shipment
- Shipping packages
- Stocking and organizing warehouse shelves
- Must be comfortable using rolling, 12-foot ladders for order picking and product put-away
- Will frequently lift 30pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
