Distribution Specialist I – III Starting wage at $18.25 Pay-period bonuses based on Team Performance

Hours: During non-peak season (Jan-Sep), our hours of operation are generally 8 am - 6 pm, Sunday - Friday. During peak season (Oct-Dec), our hours of operation are 8 am - 8 pm, Sunday - Friday as well as most Saturdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Location: Union City, CA Compensation & Benefits: Total target compensation could be $37,960 or more including overtime and potential bonuses. Distribution Specialist I, starting pay is - $18.25 / hour. Distribution Specialist II - $18.50– expectation is promotion to this level within 60-days. Distribution Specialist III - $19.25. Possible consideration for further promotion to Specialist IV, Generalist I or II with higher compensation. On the first day you start earning your Personal Time Off (PTO) at 6% of actual hours worked: This equates to approximately 120 hours per year at full-time hours. 3 Paid Holidays – Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Medical – we have several plans that are subsidized by the company for you to choose from. Dental and Vision insurance. Short-term disability is paid by the company. The Position: Distribution Specialists take ownership for all aspects of picking orders and shipping products to consumers as well as receiving/stocking inbound products onto shelves, performing cycle counts and other work:
Requirements

- Basic math skills and legible handwriting is important.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Order picking.
- Packing orders for shipment.
- Shipping packages.
- Stocking and organizing warehouse shelves.
- Must have the ability to use handhelds and scanners as well as input basic computer entries.
- Must be comfortable using rolling, 12-foot ladders for order picking and product put-away.
- Will frequently lift 30pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
